2. Can we change the color of an item such as a flame, stripe, text, etc? YES

3. Can we put a custom logo on an arrow wrap? YES

4. Can I email or upload my own design and what file format do we require?

YES File Upload or email to custom@arrowrap.com, any file format.

5. Can we re-position the graphic image or text on a arrow wrap?

YES. Our Custom Design Tool is just a guide to create arrow wraps and stabilizer wraps. You are not limited in any way. We will add any image you want even its not on the menu. Just make a noteor email us the image or describe it and we will search the web for it. There are no limitations.

6. Can you show me my custom design before I purchase it?
This is the only question in which the answer is clearly No. We cannot do a design unless we have an order.This keeps pricing low and delivery fast. We spend all of our time designing, printing, packaging and shipping all the orders that we have each day.

7. What does lamination do for the wrap?
Lamination gives the wrap a high gloss look besides being more abrasion resistant.

8. Can I order an arrow wrap in reflective?

YES. Every item can be ordered in reflective except of course fluorescent items.

9. How long does it take to process an order?

We ship all orders within 2 business days except custom orders which are designed at night so they can take an extra day.

10.  How do we ship?

We ship using US Postal Service and you have the choice of First Class, Priority or Express Mail.

11. Can I order a different size than listed in the shopping cart selection?

YES. Order the closest size and make a note the size wanted in the comments. However for lengths longer then 12" you will need to order 2 packs totally the length you want. In otherwords, you can order 2 packs of 7" if you want a single pack of wraps 14" long.

12. What wrap width do I need for my arrow?

The wrap width is the arrow shaft diameter times the number 3.14 - see Wraps Sizes for most popular arrows.

16. Do you keep arrow wrap custom designs on file for re-order?

YES. We have all designs online. If you know the item number such as C-5472 then go the link at the bottom left of most pages that says View Customer Designs and find page 547 or email us at custom@arrowrap.com
